In order to thrive, dealerships need to
become a destination people want to
visit, which they can be, by anticipating
customer needs. Get to know what
customers want, then have it up front
and ready for a test drive when they
arrive at the dealership. Take the time to
study their social media presence. Learn
what you can, then create an experience
around that. Have their favorite beverage
or snacks on hand when they arrive, tune
the radio to their favorite station—make
it all about the customer. Rather than
making the dealership experience a last
resort for customers, transform it into a
welcoming, exciting experience.
Do whatever you can to make the
experience as the customer expects it
to be, and you'll likely see that customer
again for their next purchase.
