Welcome back to Mastermind Minute. My name is Erick Hess, VP of Operations here at automotiveMastermind. The bond market, the stock market, the volatility index, the oil market - they’re all telling us the exact same thing - this coronavirus is scary. It’s not yet under control and is going to have a huge economic impact. So, let’s reimagine our working relationship with customers. For our auto dealers, perhaps, don’t come to us, we’ll come to you. Consider delivering a vehicle for a test drive. Consider delivering the vehicle at time of sale instead of having them come into your showroom floor. The dealerships that are more creative and more proactive about this will probably do best and have greater trust within their community. Wash your hands, take care of your employees. Good luck out there!
