Few consumers appear to have cancelled their eventual purchase plans altogether, but with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic still rippling through the economy, many have delayed their purchase plans by at least a few months, or at times indefinitely. One way to make your dealership attractive to nervous consumers and encourage them to resume their shopping process is to embrace online auto sales. According to a recent Google survey, 18% of auto shoppers would buy a vehicle sooner if there was an online purchase option.
