Maximize Your Service Drive With an aging fleet prompting additional maintenance visits, the service drive provides dealers a prime opportunity to acquire in-demand trades. To discover the unmatched opportunities to drive acquisition from the service department, dealerships need the right people, processes and tools in place. Develop a robust service-to-sales process guided by either a dedicated sales manager or a well-connected BDC. This person's or team's main focus should be to identify prime trade and buy-back opportunities and engage those customers with messaging that kickstarts a seamless trade experience.
