TRAINING YOUR TEAM NEEDS
Your success as a dealership leader depends on whether your team has
not only the tools they need to fulfill their role but also the skills they
need to use those tools to their fullest potential.
One critical mistake we see is how often dealership leaders will invest in
the tools, but not the training. You should be no more willing to put your
dealership's bottom line in the hands of staff who are figuring out how to
use the new system you've implemented than you would be to get in the
passenger seat of a car someone is still figuring out how to drive.
