DO YOUR JOB, NOT THEIR JOBS
Some of the most famous leaders in American business history agree that
one secret to their success was simply not interfering when great people
they'd hired were doing the jobs they'd been hired to do – especially when
they would have done the job differently themselves.
With the exception of dishonesty, nothing will lose you the respect of
your team faster than not appearing to trust your people to do their jobs
without micromanagement.
