- Pull up the OEM website or bulletins to know what kind of incentives and programs are available to them.
- Understand what their budget is by analyzing their past buying habits.
- Understand the macro-economy and how this person reacts to those trends.
- And finally: Create a dealership call script, email, or text message to engage this customer.
